The comment period for the BART to Livermore Extension Project is being extended. The Draft EIR was published on July 31. The comment period was originally scheduled to end on September 14. The comment period now is being extended to 5 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2017.
Pubic Meeting. BART hosted a Public Meeting to accept comments on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, Shannon Community Center, 11600 Shannon Avenue, Dublin, CA 94568.
To Obtain a Copy of the DEIR. The DEIR is available via download from the BART website at www.bart.gov/about/projects/liv/environment. To request a copy of the DEIR on CD-ROM, email the web address or call the information number below. The DEIR also is available at the Livermore, Dublin and Pleasanton Libraries. The DEIR and all related documents are available for public review at 300 Lakeside Drive, 21th Floor, Oakland, CA 94612. Email or call the information request number to arrange an appointment.
