Innovation Takes Center Stage as New Board Members Drive Tri-Valley 2040 VISION PLAN Forward

Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group Elevates the Tri-Valley at Every Turn

Pleasanton, CA – Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group (ITV) has just announced a new Executive Board Chair, key officers and board members, bringing together trailblazing Tri-Valley advocates as its executive board leaders and visionaries. Rick Shumway, CEO of Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley served as ITV’s most recent board chair in a dynamic two-year term, and made waves by convening ITV’s Future of Human Health Innovation Forum this year. Shumway welcomed CEOs from all across the region to the ITV leadership table and at signature events adding diversity, empathy and fresh thought leadership to every project.

Elected to serve as ITV’s new Executive Board Chair was Stephanie Beasly, Executive Strategy leader at Sandia National Laboratories. Beasly is a vital regional force and is committed to delivering on the published ideas in the Tri-Valley 2040 Vision Plan, as drafted by more than 1,000 members of the community.

Dr. Dyrell Foster, President of Las Positas Community College, now serves in the role of Vice Chair for ITV. Elsie Quaite-Randall, Deputy Director of the Innovation and Partnerships Office at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory has been elected as Board Secretary, while Don Marek, Senior Vice President of Commercial Banking for Fremont Bank continues to serve ITV in the role of Treasurer.

Newly Elected Board Members include Rich Hoyt, Senior Managing Director, Tenant Representation for Newmark, and Alex Mehran Jr., President and CEO of Sunset Development, along with

Anthony Redondo, VP of Global Operations & Treasury at Blackhawk Network. Continuing ITV Executive Board members include Beth McCormick of McCormick Consulting, Tim Sbranti, President of the Chabot Las Positas College District, John Sensiba, Managing Partner of Sensiba LLP, Sblend Sblendorio, Attorney at Hoge Fenton, and ITV’s immediate past chair, Rick Shumway.
