Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group Approves New Executive Board of Directors, Electing Tim Sbranti as Board Chair

DUBLIN, CA | July 23, 2026 – Innovation Tri-Valley Leadership Group (ITV), the Tri-Valley’s economic development and regional leadership organization, today announced its 2026-27 Board of Directors. For more than 15 years, ITV has convened leaders from business, government, education, research, and the nonprofit sector to advance innovation, strengthen economic competitiveness, and create new opportunities for the communities of the Tri-Valley. The new Board unites leaders from healthcare, technology, education, finance, and real estate, reflecting the diverse and dynamic partnerships that ITV is uniquely positioned to cultivate.

As incoming Board Chair, Sbranti brings decades of experience in public service, workforce development, and regional leadership. He previously served 12 years on the Dublin City Council (including 6 years as Mayor), 5 years on the Chabot-Las Positas Community College District Board of Trustees, and 6 years on ITV’s staff as Director of Strategic Initiatives. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Contra Costa Building and Construction Trades Council.

The Board also welcomes two new Directors whose careers exemplify the cross-sector collaboration and representation at the heart of ITV’s work.

Sheryl Hingorani serves as Chief of Staff at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where she guides strategic initiatives at one of the nation’s top scientific institutions. Her career spans more than three decades in research and development, strategic planning, and public policy.

Misty Jones serves as President and CEO of Stanford Health Care Tri-Valley. Drawing on over 20 years of experience as an emergency room nurse, clinical leader, and healthcare executive, Jones works to expand access to high-quality healthcare services throughout the Tri-Valley.

Rotating off the Board after completing full, distinguished terms are workforce development consultant Beth McCormick and Blackhawk Network Vice President Anthony Redondo. ITV appreciates their years of dedicated service and leadership.
